Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on AstroRank or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use AstroRank. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Shyfoo Technologies Ltd (“AstroRank”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
AstroRank is an AI Visibility Platform that scans AI language model platforms (including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity AI) to measure how often your business is recommended when buyers search for businesses in your category. The platform provides:
- AI Visibility Audits and scoring (AI Visibility Score 0–100)
- Competitor intelligence based on AI recommendation data
- AISEO and GEO content generation for improving AI visibility
- WordPress publishing integration for automated content deployment
- Ongoing scan monitoring and score tracking over time
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password to register for AstroRank. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not create accounts using false information, impersonate other persons or entities, or use AstroRank to conduct audits on businesses you do not own or have authorization to represent.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AstroRank. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
AstroRank offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize AstroRank to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis.
Free Trial
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first month of your chosen plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period except as required by applicable law.
Price Changes
We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the price change date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AstroRank to:
- Conduct audits on businesses you do not own or have written authorization to represent
- Scrape, clone, or reverse-engineer the AstroRank platform or its AI scanning methodology
- Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Upload malicious code, scripts, or content to the platform
- Use AstroRank's AI-generated content to mislead consumers or engage in deceptive marketing
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of service of any AI platform we integrate with
- Resell AstroRank services without written authorization from Shyfoo Technologies Ltd
6. Intellectual Property
AstroRank and its underlying technology, design, brand identity, and scoring methodology are the intellectual property of Shyfoo Technologies Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Content you publish through AstroRank (including AI-generated blog posts) remains your property. You grant AstroRank a limited license to process and store this content solely to deliver the service to you.
7. Third-Party AI Platforms
AstroRank queries third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity) on your behalf. The accuracy, consistency, and availability of AI responses are outside our control and subject to the policies of those platforms. AstroRank makes no warranty regarding the completeness or permanence of AI recommendation results.
Your use of AstroRank is also subject to any applicable terms of service of the third-party AI platforms we integrate with.
8. Limitation of Liability
AstroRank provides AI visibility data and content recommendations as informational tools. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, increases in leads, revenue, or AI recommendation rankings as a result of using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroRank’s total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AstroRank in the twelve months preceding the claim.
AstroRank shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
9. Disclaimers
The AstroRank platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI platform APIs may experience downtime, changes in response patterns, or policy updates that affect scan results. AstroRank will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
